Simply mix 2 heaped tablespoons – 30 grams with anything up to 300ml of milk or water. Please note, mixing your protein shake with milk will increase the overall protein, carbohydrate, fat and lactose content. Should taken between meals 2-3 times per day depending on your training needs |
